We are now looking for a new workshop manager for our facility in Hovsjö - Region Stockholm South!

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that daily work is carried out according to applicable instructions in a safe, efficient, and qualitative manner, which is economically beneficial for both the customer and the workshop.

At Scania, workplace safety is a priority, and you will have a leading role in encouraging and ensuring a safe and sustainable working method.

As a member of the service team, you will be involved in the workshop's administration and continuously work to maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring that work planning and information about completed work is clear both internally and to the customer.

The main tasks in this role will be to plan work in dialogue with the customer and technicians in the workshop, communicate with technical support, and ensure efficiency and quality in the work performed.

In the service team, we cover for each other, and you may also step into other roles.

• You have a technical education or equivalent work experience and a strong interest in vehicles.
• You are driven, communicative, and possess a good ability to create and maintain relationships.
• You are skilled at planning and organizing.
• As a person, you are service-oriented and orderly.
• You contribute with a good mood and a strong work ethic.
• Above all, you are passionate about developing people.

As part of our team, you are flexible and enjoy the challenge of solving both quick and more complex issues for our customers. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

A valid driver's license (B category) is required; having C, CE, and/or D category licenses is an advantage. Your contributions with good ideas in our improvement work are welcome, as we constantly challenge our processes.
